Returning Merchandise

Refunds or exchanges will be issued within 30 days of original receipt. Refunds will be issued against the same credit card number used in the original transaction. Shipping, handling and returned postage fees are only refunded if the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. In the case of unwanted merchandise, the item is accepted in the original packaging and in resalable condition only.

U.S. Shipping & Handling

We ship most in-stock items within 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the shipment destination. As a general guideline, please allow 7-10 business days from the time you place your order for USPS STANDARD DELIVERY. Please provide us with a complete street address for shipping (most carriers will not deliver to a post office box number).

Standard Shipping

Expedited Shipping

Ships within 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail/Flat Rate. Expedited delivery is 4-5 business days from time of order.

All Countries Except the USA

All orders are shipped by air via DHL. Rates are based on the order weight and the country. You are responsible for any custom charges or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Order Delivery and Backorder

We make every effort to ensure items are available to be shipped immediately, but from time to time some items may be delayed. If this happens with an item on your order, we will ship all available items immediately and notify you by email of the items that are temporarily out of stock. We will then ship the backordered item to you at no additional shipping costs when it becomes available. Your credit card will only be billed for items after we ship them.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, but if you are unable to wait for an item, you may cancel the backordered item at any time by calling our Toll-Free customer service line at 1-888-671-9877.

Sales Tax Information

Sales tax is calculated based on the destination of your order. We collect sales tax only for orders from Washington State where our company is located. Tax rates are based on state, county and local taxation requirements.
