Shipping & Handling

We ship most in-stock items within three business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the shipment destination. As a general guideline, please allow 7-10 days for USPS Priority Mail, and 4-6 days for UPS from the time you place your order. Please provide us with a complete street address for shipping (most carriers will not deliver to a post office box number).

All Countries Except USA

All orders are shipped by air via DHL. Canadian customers have the option of ground shipment via UPS. Rates are based on the order weight and the country. You are responsible for any custom charges or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Order Delivery and Backorder

We make every effort to ensure items are available to be shipped immediately, but from time to time some items may be delayed. If this happens with an item on your order, we will ship all available items immediately and notify you by email of the items that are temporarily out-of-stock. We will then ship the backordered item to you at no additional shipping costs when it becomes available. Your credit card will only be billed for items after we ship them. We appreciate your patience and understanding, but if you are unable to wait for an item, you may cancel the backorder item at any time by calling our toll-free customer service line at 1-888-671-9877.
